Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).
We do not process or ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Orders ship via USPS or FedEx, depending on destination.
Flat-rate shipping applies until you qualify for a free-shipping promotion.
Merch and certain specialty items may have shipping rates based on carrier pricing.
Typical delivery time: 5–7 business days after processing.
We may ship select products to Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipping costs may be higher, and delivery times may vary or take longer.
Standard delivery windows cannot be guaranteed for these locations.

Weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues may cause unexpected delays outside of our control.
Peak seasons or product launches may increase processing and delivery times.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
