Where are your beverages manufactured?
We’re an American company based in Scottsdale, AZ. Never Sober drinks are manufactured in the United States.
Is there alcohol in Never Sober?
Nope. Never Sober is ready on its own. What happens after that is your call.
What’s in Never Sober?
116mg of caffeine per 12 oz can, plus taurine, B6, and B12. The Regular is 100 calories; Sugar Free is 5 calories, 0 sugar. Same caffeine across both.
How much caffeine is in Never Sober?
116mg of caffeine per 12 oz can. More than a cup of coffee (80mg). Less than a Celsius or Ghost Energy (200mg). The sweet spot.
The Afterparty
How do I get into the Afterparty?
Join through the Afterparty page. You’ll get a welcome box with members-only items, a free Never Sober shirt (we’ll ask for your size), and Party Favors you can spend on neversober.com. Welcome boxes ship within 1-2 weeks of ordering.
What are Party Favors?
Party Favors are our store credit: 1 favor equals $1. Members get a $20 sign-up bonus and earn 5% back on every purchase. Party Favors can be used with special-offer discounts through your membership portal, but not with other promo codes. They expire after 12 months of inactivity from the date earned.
What’s the Mix Tape program, and how do I get involved?
As a member, you’re automatically enrolled. Mix Tape gets you early access to new drink flavors and snacks before they launch online. Every offer is a mystery — you won’t know what’s in the box until it arrives. When a Mix Tape offer is available, you’ll see it in your membership portal under “Mix Tape Offers.” Redeem and we’ll ship it free.
Will my membership renew automatically?
Yes. Memberships renew automatically every year unless you cancel beforehand. Cancel any time through your account settings or by emailing support@neversober.com.
Orders
What do I do if I receive the wrong item or my order is damaged?
Email support@neversober.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll make it right.
Why isn’t my discount or promo code working?
The code may be one-use only, non-combinable, or expired. Email support@neversober.com with your order details for help.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the shipping cost and do you ship to my area?
We ship everywhere in the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are subject to change. We run free-shipping promotions from time to time — sign up for emails to catch them.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, your tracking number is emailed to you and the order is searchable via Aftership. Check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders.
Subscriptions
How do I activate a subscription?
Subscribe to your favorite drinks or mixes and complete your purchase. A minimum commitment of two payments is required.
How do I manage my subscription?
Manage everything through your account at neversober.com. Skip a delivery or cancel anytime.
