Where are your beverages manufactured?
We’re an American company based in Scottsdale, AZ. Never Sober drinks are manufactured in the United States.
Is there alcohol in Never Sober?
Nope. Every Never Sober drink is non-alcoholic.
What’s in the cans?
Both 12 oz cans carry 116mg of caffeine, plus taurine, inositol, B3, B6, B12 and pantothenic acid.
- Original — 116mg caffeine, 100 calories, fruity cotton candy flavor.
- Sugar Free — 116mg caffeine, 5 calories, 0g sugar.
- Lil Bump (2 oz shot) — a 200mg proprietary energy blend (taurine, caffeine, L-phenylalanine, N-acetyl L-tyrosine, glucuronolactone), 0 calories, 0g sugar.

How much caffeine is in Never Sober?
Original and Sugar Free each contain 116mg of caffeine per 12 oz can. Lil Bump contains caffeine within a 200mg proprietary energy blend per 2 oz bottle — 200mg is the total blend weight, not the caffeine amount.
The Afterparty
What’s the difference between the free list and the Annual Pass?
The free list is an email signup: the calendar, drop alerts, and your name on the list for the nights we open to the list. The Annual Pass ($99 for 12 months) adds the member perks — member pricing, Party Favors, first dibs on drops, guest-list priority and the VIP line. The full side-by-side is on the Afterparty page.
What are Party Favors?
Party Favors are the Annual Pass reward, redeemable for rewards like hats, shirts, drinks and event tickets. While your pass is active, earn one Party Favor per $1 paid for eligible purchases after discounts, excluding tax, shipping and the pass itself; birthday-week purchases earn double on the same basis. Refunded purchases don’t earn Favors, and unused Favors expire when your pass ends. Each reward shows its Favor price; a Favor isn’t a dollar of store credit. See Terms section 8.
Will my Annual Pass renew automatically?
No. The pass is one $99 charge for 12 months from the day you buy it. It does not renew on its own — you decide whether to buy another year.
Orders
What do I do if I receive the wrong item or my order is damaged?
Please tell us within 7 days of delivery (or as soon as you find a hidden defect) through Order help (or email support@neversober.com) with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We’ll make it right.
Why isn’t my discount or promo code working?
The code may be one-use only, non-combinable, or expired. Send us your order details through Order help.
Shipping & Delivery
What does shipping cost, and where do you ship?
Standard U.S. shipping is $8, and it’s free on orders of $50 or more (your order subtotal after discounts, before tax). Express is $15. The same rule applies to drinks and merch. Your exact rate shows at checkout once you enter an address. See the shipping policy for Alaska, Hawaii and other exceptions.
When will my order arrive?
Orders leave our Arizona warehouse within 3–5 business days, then typically take 3–7 business days in transit — arrival times vary by carrier and destination. Pre-orders ship when stock lands; with no date shown, within 30 days — or we email you first and you can cancel for a full refund.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, your tracking number is emailed to you. Check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders.
Subscriptions
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Pick “Subscribe & save” on an energy product page and we deliver it every month at 15% off. It renews automatically until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment.
How do I skip, pause or cancel?
Anytime, from your account — sign in with the email you ordered with. Cancelling takes effect right away and stops every renewal that hasn’t been charged yet; a renewal already charged ships as scheduled. Full details are in our Terms.
