Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Never Sober order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:
- Energy Drinks & Consumables: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once these products have left our warehouse, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Merchandise & Non-Consumables: Clothing, accessories, and other non-consumable items may be eligible for exchange or refund if returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.
All refund and return requests must be submitted to support@neversober.com. Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Final Sale Items
- Limited-edition drops, clearance merchandise, and promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
