1) What We Do

We run the Never Sober website and store. When you visit or buy from us, you’re agreeing to these terms.

• Don’t break laws, post harmful stuff, or try to mess with the site.
• You can browse and shop for personal, non-commercial use only.

3) Your Account & Orders

• Keep your account info accurate and up to date.
• We may limit or cancel orders (e.g., suspected resellers, duplicate orders, address issues).
• If we adjust or cancel an order, we’ll try to notify you via the contact details you provided.

4) Products, Pricing & Availability

• Colors/images may look different on different screens.
• Products, prices, promos, and availability can change anytime.
• Some items may have limited quantities.

5) Payments & Security

• Card details are encrypted in transit.
• For your security, don’t email us sensitive info like full payment card numbers.

• If you send us ideas, feedback, or submissions, you’re giving us permission to use them (without compensation).
• Don’t post or submit anything illegal, infringing, or harmful.

• We use third-party services (e.g., ecommerce, analytics, payment).
• We’re not responsible for external sites we link to—check their policies.

8) Prohibited Uses

Don’t use the site to: break laws, harass others, infringe IP, spread malware, scrape/spam, or bypass security. We can suspend or terminate access for violations.

9) Text Messages (SMS/MMS)

• If you opt in, you may get recurring texts (orders, updates, promos).
• Msg & data rates may apply. Frequency varies.
• Opt out anytime: reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or email support@neversober.com.
• You must be 13+ (under 18 needs parental consent).
• Delivery depends on your carrier; messages may be delayed or undelivered.

11) Warranties & Liability

• The site and products are provided “as is”.
• We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.).

12) Disputes

• Most issues can be solved by contacting us. If not, disputes may be resolved by binding individual arbitration (no class actions), where permitted by law.
• Local consumer rights still apply where required.
