Shipping Policy
Processing Times
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).
- We do not process or ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Within the Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 States)
- Orders ship via USPS or FedEx, depending on destination.
- Flat-rate shipping applies until you qualify for a free-shipping promotion.
- Merch and certain specialty items may have shipping rates based on carrier pricing.
- Typical delivery time: 5–7 business days after processing.
Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska
- We may ship select products to Hawaii and Alaska.
- Shipping costs may be higher, and delivery times may vary or take longer.
- Standard delivery windows cannot be guaranteed for these locations.
International Shipping
- We do not currently ship internationally. Stay tuned for updates as we expand.
Delays & Exceptions
- Weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues may cause unexpected delays outside of our control.
- Peak seasons or product launches may increase processing and delivery times.
- If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
